Spring Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup frozen berries
½ avocado
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ cup Flora Omega Sport+
1.5 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 scoop Flora Beyond Greens
Pinch of sea salt

    Instructions

    • Blend everything together, including extra protein powder, fruit or greens, a bit of ginger, whatever you like to add!
    • Serve fresh and cold.
